[TYPO3-mvc] XSLT based view instead of Fluid

Hi everyone this is my first message here :)

I was in the process of porting some old custom (and quite complex)
extension that i made a couple of years ago that was generating XML as
their output and used a quite complex XSL stylesheet for HTML rendering,
so i had to create a view that could use XSL as templating system.

I think it could be useful to someone else, so i made this post.

Keep in mind that is really only made on my needs so it's really simple
and rough but if someone could review it maybe we could make something
useful out of it :)

Let me know where is the right place to post it if on forge or on the TER
(since is just a v4 extension that adds some classes...)
