[TYPO3-mvc] Cannot open backend module with trunk

Hi,

Since I updated my website to run on trunk, I cannot open a backend 
module anymore (using Extbase):

#1289386765: Could not analyse 
class:Tx_Extbase_Persistence_Storage_Backend maybe not loaded or no 
autoloader?


I then tried to run Extbase trunk instead of the version currently in 
Core but no more success:

#1290623010: Object configuration was not found in 
"config.tx_extbase.objects". Please make sure, that the TypoScript setup 
is loaded

Anything new to configure? (I created new tables for Extbase)
