[TYPO3-mvc] RFC: #10882 PaginateViewHelper got wrong example

This is an SVN patch request.

Problem:
The example of the PaginateViewHelper is outdated.
Would be nice to have a working example

Solution:
Use the new syntax in the example

Additional information:
I tried to get the paginate working but I didn't get any results. Can
someone help me with that if I don't find the solution today or so?
