[TYPO3-mvc] How to use the repository within a hook?

Hey Steffen,

ich use Typo3 4.4.1 with its extbase and fluid (both versions 1.2.1).
Take a look at Christians Code:

He also uses updated/delete with an exec_*. I can try it again, 
yesterday it doesnt work for me :-(
