Good point. Contexts are a definitely more general concept which is 
worth being implemented for the whole v4.

Its as important as no_cache=1 ;-)

Ok. But how to proceed after having

conf.tx_extbase.context = Development

set? ATM the behavior of catching an Exception is hardcoded in the 
Dispatcher which is not the final solution.
