Extbase 1.1.0 is intended to work with TYPO3 4.3.0-4.3.3. It should also 
be backward compatible to an Extension based on Extbase 1.0.2 (shipped 
with TYPO3 4.3.0) -- presumed, that the type definition above the 
property declaration is correct.

I tend to publish a package on forge. IMO Extbase in TER would lead us 
to a big mess.
