[TYPO3-mvc] Renamed reflection cache table to "tx_extbase_cache_reflection" to fit conventions

Hi,

this was committed to trunk, rev 1259

Don't forget to click on extbase in EM to create this table.
The old table "cache_extbase_reflection" can be dropped from DB manually.

We also should sync trunk with core on Tue for the beta release, Sebastian?
