[TYPO3-mvc] Is it possible to get data from default tables?

as already mentioned during T3DD09 I'd at least consider the model 
classes for fe_users a must have as they're essential to most 
extensions. Without access to fe_users it's probably going to be hard to 
use extbase at all...
