[TYPO3-mvc] RFC#0815 ; ) AbstractController::redirect() double uses baseURI

Hey folks,
the AbstractController::redirect double times adds the base url if the 
TypoScript link object returns an link  with the base url included, 
since the redirectToURI adds the baseUri without check again.

Attached patch fixes this small issue...
