[TYPO3-mvc] Bug #4083: Not Possible to select related records without PID-constraint

Hi,

attached you will find a patch to remove the PID-constraint when fetching
related records in HAS_ONE-relation. The problem does not occur in a
HAS-MANY-realtion as the sql-statement is currently still hardcoded in line
260 in Tx_Extbase_Persistence_Mapper_DataMapper.
