You need to make a full list of all needed features and check if the 
shop supports all those features.

This depends on the number of products you have to edit and many other 
things like the HTML shop template you want to use and if modifications 
of them are needed. It depends on the number of languages, if you use 
product variants and articles or not.
If you use an example HTML shop template and include the default 
Typoscript, then you just add the PID constants and pid_list, add pages 
with the shop plugins. This could be done within one hour.
