[TYPO3-shop] useStaticInfoCountry=1

I'd like to use a country select box in my checkout pages.  Is setting 
plugin.tt_products.useStaticInfoCountry=1 sufficient, or do I need to 
make a template change (or other) as well?

I'm using v 2.5.4
