[TYPO3-shop] [commerce] access control - adding products isn't impossible without admin rights

hello

I've noticed that if user isn't admin, he can't see icons to save changes  
in edit category/product view, only 'close document' icon shows up.

I've tried many configurations of user/group rights, but couldn't change  
this in case of non-admin users.
