I have currently the same problem.
I'll try today the following combination:
tt_products 2.5.3
paymentlib 0.3.0
paymentlib_saferpay ( http://jambage.com/paymentlib-sponsors/paymentlib_saferpay.tar.gz )

Do you have the thing already running?
