As I understand from some discussions, if you distribute GPL application,
you must distribute source code with it.
And anyone can re-distribute this application under the same conditions.
So xt-commerse is OK with GPL letter (may be not OK with GPL spirit).
xt-commerse is well known project... So not possible that it has a legal
problem.
