[TYPO3-shop] ext:commerce is out!

Well, if it's actually out now, where is it located?  typo3-commerce.org 
still doesn't seem to have anything, and it's not in the extension 
manager.  I'm just starting my shop implementation, so if commerce is 
really out, I'd definitely like a chance to evaluate it vs. tt_products.
