[Typo3-shop] Basket customer data

Hello ,

I am using typo 3.81 and the newest tt_products..

On one site I have basket:_ input customer data.

The problem is, when I go to finalize it said:

"Sie haben unsere AGB nicht akzeptiert", means General terms and 
conditions are not accepted but on customer data template noc hceckbox 
is avail to check.

Whats the pro?

what name and value is the finalize site expecting to decide if AGB are 
acceptetd or not?
