[Typo3-shop] disable email_notify_default does not work...

Hello,

i am using tt_products 2..2.15 und i can not disable order status 
changes via email to the customers.

i have configured via TS

"email_notify_default = 0"

and in my sys_products_orders i have the value "0" in coloum "email_notify".
on my shop-admin page the checkbox "email-notify" is false too.
but the system is still sendung the notify emails to the customer.

does anybody know why my settings are ignored.
