[Typo3-shop] Basket additional compulsory question (tt_products)

Hi list,

I wonder wether there's an easy way to add a custom combo question to 
the basket page, bellow the Shipment and Payment combos ...

The basic idea is like this (simplified):

basket form begin
basket stuff
...
<p>how did you find us?</p>
<select name="whereq">
  <option value="1">Search engine</option>
  <option value="2">Banner ad</option>
  <option value="3" selected>Piss off / won't tell</option>
</select>
...
basket submit
basket end
