[Typo3-shop] Avoid extension chaos please

No it isn't but I'm not able to register tt_shop since tt_ and tx isn't
valid prefix. So should I use bla_shop or could you (or Kaspar) register 
it and give it to us?

I thing the tt_ isn't allowed because the extensions belongs direct to 
typo3 and there are "real" offical, so what should we take?

Or we could look who is using shop and ask if it's still needed.
