[Typo3-shop] zk_products extends tables

As far as I have noticed now, it is not sufficient to store the files to 
the ext/tt_products folder.
Typo3 does not take these files but has something in its database that 
rewrites the files to a former version.

When I set
[EXT][noEdit] = 0
I can edit the files separately in the Extension Manager and store them.

Does anyone have a solution where only the files from ext/tt_products 
are taken? This would be much easier for me.
