[TYPO3-ttnews] TYPO3 6.1.1 and News

Hello

Currently I have this TS in my page config for news:

plugin.tx_news {
    templateLayouts {
        1 = Top News Template
    }
   ... A lot more TS for news here ..
}

By this, shouldn't I be able to see the new "Top News Template" in the dropdown for news?
