[TYPO3-ttnews] output only translated records with ext:news

so in the moment there is no posibility to deactivate the
languagefallback if no translation is found?
and no possibility to output a record in a foreign language when no
standard record exists (i just see that this isn't work for tt_content
itself)...

maybe then i have to switch to a multitree concept for the languages
