[TYPO3-ttnews] output only translated records with ext:news

hello...
i have a multilanguage page (en/de/es)
when a news record exists in standard language
and is translated correctly, the output is correct

BUT:
now the Customer has severel news ONLY for the standard language...
in the output of the 1st foreign language the not translated records are
shown in standardlanguage (fallback) - but i don't want to see them
there, is this possible ?

and another problem ist: How to setup News ONLY for the foreign
languages ??? is this possible
a news whitch is set to german (and is not a translation of an existing
standard record is not shown in the list output !!!
