[TYPO3-ttnews] Problems after update to 4.6b2

Got the snapshot downloaded, however how do I activate it in EM?
Normaly I upload an t3x file. 
I placed it in de typ3conf/ext/news dir, and modified localconf.php.
But is not visible.
