[TYPO3-ttnews] RSS Feed: Image Size and HTML on content

Hi All,

I'm working on an RSS feed for a Website and have two issues:

* How to resize images in <content:encoded>
   They appear as uploaded.

* How to render ###NEWS_CONTENT###
   with all the HTMl entities (<P><em>...)

I've read all the manual and the newsgroup and never worked.

The is something like subheader_stdWrap or title_stdWrap to setup 
content and images????
