[TYPO3-ttnews] List view only in combination with latest view

Hi all,
on a page with the new plugin (list view) I get for some reasons the 
error message 'no news in this view'. (Typo3 4.3.1, tt_news 3.0.1) 
Putting a copy of the CE on the same page with the same configuration 
(list view) the first one shows the expected results for the list view. 
  The second one (the copy) produces the error message 'no news in this 
view'.

Anyone ever saw such a strange behavior ?
