[TYPO3-ttnews] tt_news bugfixing day

Hi,

I found a bug and don't really know how to handle that one.

in ext_tables.php > #208 you got
---------
'autoSizeMax' => $confArr['categoryTreeHeigth'],
---------

categoryTreeHeigth gets never defined, it is not found in
ext_conf_template.txt and not in the locallang.xml (like the width
categoryTreeWidth which is there)


I did the patch as promised and a little cgl cleanup
