[TYPO3-ttnews] Hide plugin if there is no news

I don't have the problem but would it be a good feature to provide some 
kind of header from tt_news?

Sure there's a way by TS to hide the plugin and CE header but for people 
  using only the plugin with flexform that would be nice.

Again, I'm not asking for this.
