[TYPO3-ttnews] piVars - tx_newsfeedit_fe_cruser_id - News by UserID

hi,

i need a newslist by userid.
sample: index.php?id=7&tx_ttnews[userid]=16

the col tx_newsfeedit_fe_cruser_id is available in the database.
the userID have displayed in a marker to debug in the news article.

how and where must a query "where" in the database an outputed the result ?

is it better i coded a extra extension for this, or modified the tt_news 
extension (reason: rgsmoothgallery & sk_pagecomments compatibility)?
