[TYPO3-ttnews] RSS in tt_news constants not changing problem

Hi group!
Following code was added automatically to the Constants section of a 
site when I've changed the constants in constant editor:

plugin.tt_news.displayXML.xmlFormat = rss2
plugin.tt_news.displayXML.xmlTitle = mysite: Latest News
plugin.tt_news.displayXML.xmlLink = http://mysite.com/
plugin.tt_news.displayXML.xmlDesc = Latest news from mysite.com

but it still shows "example.com: Latest News", "http://example.com" etc. 
when I take a look at the rss feed. Like as if I did nothing, any ideas 
why is my settings being ignored?
