[TYPO3-ttnews] display categories in insert-records

Hi Harald,

You have full control over the appearance of your 'insert-record' items 
through the 'TEMPLATE_SINGLE_RECORDINSERT' template. This includes all 
the markers you can access in the LIST and SINGLE views.
