[TYPO3-ttnews] No useHRDates with type 100

Hi,

okay, I might talking to myself but anyhow. I solved the problem now. It seems that the normal TS is 
not rendered if the pageType is different.

In my case only the static TS scripts where rendered. So, I just added the option useHRDatesSingle = 
0 to the static/ts_new/setup.txt and now it works.

@Rupi: Maybe this should be added to the SVN. It doesn't change the behavior of the extension but 
makes useHRDates work in type 100 out of the box.

P.S.: If some can explain to me why the normal page-TS is not take in affect with type 100, please 
enlight me! ;-)
