[TYPO3-ttnews] How to use the picture list in the RTE ?

Hi,

So, in tt_news we can add pictures to a news item, using a box on the 
bottom... it puts pics in uploads/pics directory. Now I wonder... is there 
an easy way for the user to use the pictures there inside the RTE? I tried a 
drag and drop from the icon below to the RTE, but doesn't work. First, it 
puts the picture in a small size, the size of the preview in fact, and 
second, it adds a link to the picture to the news edit page...

Any idea?
