[TYPO3-ttnews] Redefine Header in List- and Single-View

Hi Thomas,

Override tt_news's default template with a custom one.

The default template can be found in [for tt_news 2.4]:

[root]/typo3conf/ext/tt_news/pi/tt_news_v2_template.html

Copy this file to your fileadmin folder then add the following to your 
root template TS Constants:

plugin.tt_news {
   file.templateFile = fileadmin/tt_news_custom.html
}
