The default styles for the extension I am working on is in the extension's
directory, in the ext_typoscript_setup.txt.
That file is automatically included for the default TS setup, but also
cached, so if you were to change that, you would have to uninstall and
reinstall the extension.
Like the others said, just override it with your own styles after setting
the defaults to nothing.
