[TYPO3-ttnews] multiple category trees possible?

Ok Chi that's a clear answer. I was wondering: so is this the end of the 
thread and of the idea already? I can't program this possibility (yet) but 
where can I at least propose this idea? How does this work? I would assume 
the Typo3 association or board discusses about which things to develop. But 
how is their list made? How would they pick-up an idea like this one about 
faceted categorisation?
