[TYPO3-ttnews] News Category Manager

Does anyone know of a BE extension for managing tt_news categories. News 
categories are displayed in a nice tree structure when creating an 
article but there is no place in the BE to get this same display for 
just managing the categories as far as I know. Categories can become 
very had to manage so it would be nice if there was some way to manage 
them on there own.
