[TYPO3-ttnews] Content Element templates and Clear Cache

Searching for exactly the problem Antonio describes in his first posting
I crossed this thread.

But in my case it is not the problem that I forgot to upload the new
template. I am using xampp (i.e. a local installation of Typo3) and
although I edit the template file directly in the server directory it is
not used for displaying the news. I have to change the name of the file
or change it once on the plugin page configuration. Even clearing all
Typo3 caches doesn't help.

I am using Typo3 4.0 and the latest version of tt_news.

Regards
Thomas
