Errr... sorry, wrote that off the top of my head.

Select Web>Info on the sidebar and then choose "Speaking Url Management"
from a dropdown in the top right corner.  Then drop realurl translation
cache as needed (there's a button to just clear it all for a given
subtree, right over it).
