[TYPO3-ttnews] Date inside subheader and more

Hi,

I have two questions.

1)
Is there a way to but the date inside the subheader in a LIST?

Note that date is not a register like the 'more link' is etc.

2)
For changes to a template to take effect, I have to remove the template 
from the LIST, and add it again (via the BE plugin options form). Using 
the usual "Clear FE cache" or "Clear typo3conf/ cache" does not help.
