[TYPO3-ttnews] PHP version (5.2.0) is higher than allowed (5.1.99) ???

Hi!
I Am not sure if this PHP 5.2.0 is buggy explanation is true any more. I
currently use TYPO3 4.1 beta 1 under PHP 5.2 and everything - except
tt_news BE - works just fine. No problems with the extension manager or
any extensions at all.
There seemed to be a bug in phps memory management which was fixed.

I don't want to blame tt_news as being buggy but eventually it is not
compatible with php 5.2. any more.
