[TYPO3-ttnews] tt_news / time_stdWrap depending on value

Hi List,

is it possible to make a construction with typoscript for tt_news

If an other time than 0-00 is filled in the time should not be rendered 
otherwise should be rendered.

example:

date1: 0:00 01.02.2006   should result  01.02.2006
date2: 14.30 01.02.2006  should result  14.30 h 01.02.2006

Looked at if, looked at stdwrap but don't get it.
