	Hello!
Rupert, is #536 really a bug?  I tend to think it was a nice default
behaviour (and "fixing" it delivered unnecessary need to fill in fileds
by hand -- as every newsmaster here now has to do -- or configure
*every* newsmaster's TS for auto-filling that.

Maybe it might be reasonable to introduce tt_news-global variable that
would by default use BE user name and email but also let those who don't
need this to turn it off?

I've finally got around to googling down the perceived annoyance and
was vastly surprised to find it that way (you may call it rebarbative
barbarism but I've actually just reverse-applied the patch and enjoy
the nice behaviour again :).

At first I thought of cranking up a patch but not for core.....
