[TYPO3-timtab] No blog news type

Hello Matyi,

i had something similar, sometime ago ...

you must install tt_news before timtab.

simply uninstall all ext. on which timtabs depends and timtab itself and 
reinstall timtab again (then the order of the extensions should be ok)
