[TYPO3-timtab] Bug #2559: Comment Links Hard-coded in template and are not Dynamically Generated

I just uploaded a patch for bug #2559 at 
http://bugs.typo3.org/view.php?id=2559.  The bug is concerned with the 
comment and respond links not working with RealURL since they are hardcoded.

If anyone has a chance to test out the patch or has suggestions on other 
ways to fix the problem, the feedback would be greatly appreciated.
