Automatic ping is planed for 0.6 in late march to mid april. Hope that is

For now I recommend using http://www.pingomatic.com, check all the services
you want to ping, submit the form and then save the result page as a
bookmark. you can use this bookmark in the future to ping all the selected
services with one click
