[TYPO3-timtab] Anchor URLs not built correctly

Implementing timtab on a site, I've found that the comment links, and the 
'leave a response' links are not being built properly. They simply go to 
http://domain.com/#comment-1, or http://domain.com/#respond

The site is using TYPO3 v3.8.0 and RealURL 1.0

Did I miss a configuration somewhere?
