[TYPO3-timtab] Working cat-link in Single-View?

Hi,

I'm using timtab in connection with the "train"-layout. RealURL is not 
installed. And now the problem:

In the single-view is the category-Link not working (no news id given). 
And if i try to disable the cat-link with:
plugin.tt_news.catTextMode = 3
Nothing happens!?

But the cat-link works in list-mode.

Is somebody out there with a working cat-link? Or know how to disable it 
   in single-view?
