[TYPO3-timtab] categories - hide empty, showcount, etc.

Hi

Now the Categorys apear in a diffrent way but there is no link anymore.

And what's also bothering me is the tt_news list view which seams to 
ignore all the filter (Archive, Category, Calendar) Settings.
